Narendra Modi's Council, 2016

India has been battling a political crisis for decades now - the issue of corruption. For years, the people have been showing. with their voices and their votes that they want radical changes in the system. Now, the government has answered. Just recently, Prime Minister Modi announced that all notes of denominations 500 and 1000 rupees will no longer be recognized, effective immediately. Now, the government had a larger and more immediate crisis at hand. Riots have broken out across the country, and some have become violent. Many feel that their life's earnings have been wiped out in one fell swoop. Banks are understaffed and overrun.

It is up to you, Modi's council, to handle the issue at hand. The crisis of demonetisation has begun, and where it will go from is here is a function of how you, as a committee, choose to handle it. Best of luck, delegates.
