Despite the growing size of the conference, CMUNNY maintains an exceptional staff-to-delegate ratio and recruits some of the brightest Columbia students to ensure the high quality of each of the committees. Prior to the conference, our staffers devote an incredible amount of time and effort to prepare the most creative and unique scenarios to be executed during committee sessions.
